Altelix NP171407V-DIN 17x14x7 Polycarbonate + ABS Vented DIN Rail Enclosure

The Altelix NP171407V-DIN NEMA enclosure is ideal for protecting DIN rail mounted devices from harsh environments and tampering, while allowing ventilation for installed equipment or batteries.

Ventilation

The NP171407V-DIN features two vents with rain shields to help expel heat from inside the enclosure. Screens on the inside of the vents can be removed and cleaned as required.

35mm Top Hat DIN Rails

Included with this enclosure are (3) 35mm top hat DIN rails. Using the included screws, these DIN rails mount to raised bosses located in the base of this enclosure. Up to (5) DIN rail kits can be installed into the enclosure base.

RF Transparent Design

The NP171407V-DIN is ideal for WiFi applications. The non-metallic design of the enclosure will not interfere with the radio's operation. The size of this enclosure will fit a wide range of popular wireless access points on the market.

Secure Your Equipment

These NP series enclosures feature a gasketed lid with dual stainless steel quick release latches. A stainless steel security screw with keys and a provision for a padlock are also provided.

Polycarbonate + ABS Protection Built to Last

This enclosure is molded out of UV resistant Polycarbonate + ABS, an industrial grade plastic with greater strength and durability than standard ABS. This enclosure can be easily drilled and modified by the installer to suit unique site requirements.

Complete with Cable Grommets and Wire Management Accessories

This enclosure includes an assortment of cable grommets and cable glands that can be installed in the knock-out holes for a weather resistant seal. Also included in the accessory kit are wall anchors, zip ties, wire management loops, hook-n-loop tape, ground wire, (2) door locking keys and more.

Multiple Mounting Options

This enclosure features (4) external mounting feet which can be used for wall mounting or with optional pole mounting kit. Mounting points are also provided inside the enclosure. These can be easily drilled out and used for applications requiring a more secure installation.
