Cost-effective, light-duty plastic design provides easy set-up. Product components (sold individually) work together to provide a portable, short-term solution. Springloaded, retractable belt head houses over 12 feet of banner made from woven polyester that resists fraying. Belt heads (sold separately) are interchangeable, designed with built-in receiver slots.

Belt and receiver heads (sold separately) slide onto barrier post stake that adjusts in height from 26" to 45". Barrier post stake inserts directly into the ground or into optional hollow base.
A basic set-up involves a barrier post stake, receiver head and belt head. Hollow base is ideal for use on solid surfaces and when filled with sand or water, can weigh up to 22 lbs. for additional stability. Note: All components sold separately.
