This Thunderbolt 3 docking station must be connected to a Thunderbolt 3-enabled laptop or computer using a Thunderbolt 3 cable to achieve maximum data transfer and video transmission specifications. It is important that the host PC allows for administrator access when connecting the dock for the first time in order to allow the automatic driver installation to take place.
