Overview
Inform readers of an oxidizer and provide a spot to input a specific ID number. Properly mark all oxidizers that are in transit Provide a location to enter a specific oxidizer ID number Identify specific hazardous materials by applying to visible locations Use placards on vehicles and large containers Specific color schemes, symbols, words, and numbers requirements identify the hazard Square-diamond format: Placard - 273 mm x 273 mm (10 3/4" x 10 3/4")
Blank space on DOT placard allows you to add the appropriate 4-digit UN identification number that corresponds to a particular hazardous chemical, in accordance to DOT. Choose the proper hazard classification and division style placard and fill in the 4-digit identification number by hand. The required number height is 3 1/2" high.
