- The STREET CLOSED (W20-3) sign should be used in advance of the point where a highway is closed to all road users, or to all but local road users

Fluorescent Vinyl (FL) – Non-reflective, fabric-reinforced, UV stable vinyl with bright fluorescence for daytime use only.
Reflective Vinyl (RV) – High-intensity, retro-reflective sheeting bonded to vinyl-coated, fiber-reinforced nylon fabric, ideal for low-light conditions.
Diamond Grade (DG) - Fluorescent prismatic reflective sheeting provides maximum brightness for daytime and nighttime applications.
