Rees 04956-300 Rope Operated Switch, Heavy Duty - A600/N300

Features:

This switch is a slack cable style with 2 NO and 2 NC "Snap Action" contacts. This switch does NOT provide "Positive Break" or "Positive Transfer" features and should only be used for non-emergency, normal start - stop applications.

This low activating force switch is basically a pushbutton device operated through a nickel plated operating lever attached to the cover. Care must be taken when choosing and installing the operating rope because the low operating force can be easily overcome and the switch will not trip or reset properly.

This is a complete assembly consisting °F (1) 03275-500 switch and (1) 02765-000 sheet metal enclosure powder coat painted black.

Each captive terminal will accept (2) #14 AWG stranded wires.

The maximum recommended rope length is 33 feet with a maximum interval support of 10 feet when horizontal.

The mechanical life of the switch is in excess of 1,000,000 operations.

• Storage: -40°F to +185°F (-40°C to +85°C)
• Note: Operating temperatures at 0oC are based on the absence of freezing moisture and liquids.
