Altelix NP14TNVM-CSC1 NP14 Series Light Ivory Vented Weatherproof Enclosure for Cisco Business 240AC Access Point

The Altelix Vented Cisco® Business 240AC Enclosure is a weatherproof enclosure designed to provide indoor or outdoor protection for the Cisco® Business CBW240AC-B access point. This non-powered enclosure is ideal for installations powering the Cisco® CBW240AC-B via PoE only.

Install Your 240AC Access Point Securely Outdoors

This sleek enclosure is molded from weatherproof UV resistant PC+ABS, a high tech thermoplastic blend of polycarbonate and ABS, for extreme durability. The door features reinforced hinges, dual latches and a tamper-proof locking screw with key to secure the enclosure. The wall mounting screws are concealed securely within the enclosure to prevent tampering. There is also a provision for a padlock. Two 3" inch air vents with rain shields and screens provide ventilation for the Cisco® Business 240AC. This enclosure meets or exceeds NEMA 3R, 3RX and IP24.

Easy Setup

The equipment mounting plate of the NP14VM-CSC1 is pre-drilled to except the mounting bracket that is included with the Cisco® Business 240AC. Simply attach the mounting bracket to the plate and then install the access point. Once the 240AC is securely mounted inside the enclosure, special cable glands on the enclosure will allow terminated Ethernet cables to be connected to the access point.

RF Transparent Design

The non-metallic design of the enclosure and bracket is RF transparent and will not interfere with the WiFi signal range or coverage pattern.

Mounting

The NP17VM-CSC1 enclosure can be wall mounted using the included wall anchors.
