As an OSHA confined space requirement, install this sign to identify the manhole cover. These danger signs are visible at all times to state there is a confined space below. The intent of the sign is to prevent unauthorized entry and remind workers and others to follow proper confined space procedures. Attention getting ‘stop-style’ octagonal image is 17" diameter, features color, layout and confined space warning message. Affix the signs to clarify the manhole cover is a confined space.
Manhole Cover Adhesive Sign
Flexible printed sign is overlaminated with clear protective, pebble-textured surface for added durability to withstand traffic crossing. Peel-off back liner and stick down firmly on the confined space area. Edge Sealer (sold separately) improves adhesion.
Manhole Cover Rigid Sign
Rigid sign is .060 plastic, reverse printed on the underside for complete message protection with added laminate sheet that protects the underside. High-strength, thick sign is designed to withstand heavy traffic in the confined space area. Four 3/8" drilled holes for bolt mount. 2-Part Epoxy (sold separately) available for adhesion fastening.
